Actos is used to treat the type 2 diabetes. It helps control the sugar levels in blood. Sometimes Actos is used together with insulin or some other medications.

Don’t take Actos if you’ve got type 1 diabetes.

Don’t drink alcohol whilst you are using Amaryl .

Ask for medical help immediately if you feel the following side effects: severe allergic reactions, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, confusion, fainting, dark urine, tremors, unusual tiredness, etc.

Avandia is used for treatment of the type 2 diabetes.

Don’t take Avandia if you’re allergic to any component in Avandia, if you experience heart failure, type 1 diabetes, liver problems, or if you’re using nitrates insulin. Don’t use more than the dose prescribed by your doctor.

Before using the drug, tell your doctor if you have any medical conditions, such as pregnancy, breast-feeding, if you are using any nonprescription or prescription drug, dietary supplement, or herbal preparation, liver problems, heart problems or swelling.

Ask for medical attention or contact your doctor immediately if any severe side effects appear.

Glucophage is used together with diet and exercise in order to control hyperglycaemia in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Don’t take Glucophage if you’re allergic to any component in Glucophage, if you experience congestive heart failure, a severe infection, kidney/liver problems, high acid or blood ketone levels, severe dehydration, if you’ve had a recent heart attack or a stroke.

Before using the medicine, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, if you’re using any nonprescription or prescription medicine, dietary supplement, or herbal preparation, if you have any allergies, etc.

Glucotrol is anti-diabetic drug (sulfonylurea antidiabetic drug) used along with corresponding diet and exercise in order to control hyperglycaemia. It is prescribed for patients with type 2 diabetes.

Don’t take Glucotrol if you have allergy to any component in Glucotrol, if you have grave problems connected with diabetes, if you have severe burns, acidosis or if you’re pregnant.
