Do not start or stop any medicine without approval of the doctor or pharmacist. Tell your doctor about any other medical conditions including kidney problems, problems of the muscle, alcohol use, allergies (particularly in other "statins"), pregnancy, or breast-feeding. The medical conditions, including low blood pressure; the serious infection; the uncontrolled fits; or serious metabolic, endocrine or electrolyte problems can enlarge the risk of side effects, which can end in a kidney problem. Address to your doctor if you develop one of these conditions.

Using this medicine is not recommended if you have a history of liver disease or constant emergency liver functional result of the test. Address to your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or anxiety about taking this medicine.

Directions

Follow the instructions provided by your doctor. This medicine can be taken on empty stomach or with food. If you take 1 dose day, take your dose at night or at bedtime as it is directed by your doctor. Your dosage is founded on your medical condition, answer to therapy, and the other medicine, which you take. Do not exceed the advisable dose of the medicine.

Do not drink greater amounts of juice of grapefruit (more, than 1 quart daily) or the greater amounts of the grapefruit when you take this medicine. Keep this medicine in the temperature of the room, from heat and light away. For best result, take this medicine usually. To take this medicine at the same time each day will help you remember.

If you miss the dose, take it after remembering. If it is nearly time for your following dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Cautions

Do not take this medicine if you had allergic reaction to this medicine or allergic to any component in this product. Follow dietetic plan provided by your doctor. It can take this medicine several weeks to work. Do not cease to use this medicine without first talking to your doctor. Keep all doctor and laboratory prescriptions while you use this medicine. Laboratory and/or medical tests such as, blood cholesterol, liver functional tests, or tests of the muscle can be made at the beginning of therapy and then you take this medicine to check your progress or to test for presence of side effects.

Before you have any medical or dental taking, emergency care, or surgery, report the doctor or dentist, that you use this medicine. This medicine can enlarge the risk of liver problem. Alcohol can also enlarge this risk. Before drinking alcohol, speak to your doctor about safe use of this medicine and alcohol. This medicine can cause the damage in your muscles particularly when it is taken in higher dose or when it is taken with other medicine. Address to your doctor immediately if you feel the pain in muscle or weaknesses, particularly with fever.
