Before using

Directions

Study attentively the label prescription. You can take Lopressor with or without food. For best results take the pills at the same time each day. Advices for women: if you are planning to have a child during the period of pregnancy, talk to your doctor first. Lopresoor can affect your unborn baby. The medicine is secreted in mother's breast milk. The drug can be harmful for your baby. You must discuss all possible effects or risks with your doctor or pharmacist. Those who suffer with diabetes mellitus this drug can hide the symptoms of low blood sugar such as quick beats of the heart. You must always control your blood glucose level.

Possible side effects

You may have different side effects during the period of treatment such us: somnolence, giddiness, unexpected weariness, infirmity and sickness. If you have such symptoms immediately call your doctor, nurse or pharmacist. Primary side effect of the drug is hard breathing. Call the ambulance if you have such symptom. You may have other symptoms not mentioned above.

Overdose

The effect of overdose can be harmful. Seek the ambulance. Call the poison control center. The symptoms that might occur are sluggish heart beatings and giddiness. You can fall into a fain, weariness, hard breathing.

Additional information

Do not give this medicine to the non prescribed person. You can not take Lopressor without medical prescription. Do not treat other diseases using Lopressor. Hide the ordered Lopressor in inaccessible for children places. If the period of treatment lasts a long time, ask for supplements before you finish prescribed once.

Drug interactions
