Any bleeding while PT/INR is within therapy must diagnostically be examined with; this could mean previously discover any unsuspected damage like tumors or canker. The anticoagulant therapy can also cause fatal or nonfatal haemorrhage in any organ or tissue. The Possibility of the haemorrhage must be always considered in estimation of the condition any anticoagulated patient with complaints that do not indicate obvious diagnosis.
